Neighbourhood Watch

There has been a recent theft of 4 BMW wheels in the local area.

Hertfordshire Constabulary offers the following advice to reduce the risk of this crime occurring. If possible:-

Garage the vehicle overnight.

Park the vehicle on the driveway in a strategic position making it difficult for offenders to access the wheels, even if it means parking two of the wheels against a
wall or another car.

In order for residents to be kept informed, it is planned to place regular updates on the Notice Board in front of the shops.

To contact the Police phone 0845 33 00 222 or in an emergency dial 999. If you have information about a crime, please ring Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
For more information please visit the police website www.herts.police.uk.

We are very fortunate to live in a very tidy Estate but we are aware that there are several community minded residents who regularly pick up and dispose of litter around the Estate. We would like to thank them for all their hard work.

Resident’s Survey

It is planned to conduct a survey among residents in the Estate to look at any concerns or suggestions you may have. This will enable us to collate information to help us understand any issues raised and deal with them effectively. We look forward to your cooperation later in the year.

Distributors Wanted

We could not function without our wonderful team of distributors. Would you like to join them? We distribute about 2 – 3 times a year. We particularly need help distributing in Moor Lane, Wolsey Road far end, Russell Road far end, Pembroke Road and Temple Gardens. All offers of help would be gratefully received. Please contact Joan Roy on 01923 842538 if you are able to help us.

This will take place in the Orangery of Moor Park Golf Club on Thursday 14th April
2011 at 8 p.m.
